Aaron Ramsey admits that he feels "frustrated" by Arsenal's inability to snatch all three points from Everton last night.

Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey has revealed that he and his teammates have been left feeling "frustrated" following their goalless draw with Everton.

The Gunners were unable to break the deadlock on home turf last night to help boost their chances of finishing in the top four and qualifying for next season's Champions League campaign.

"We're a bit frustrated," Ramsey told the club's official website. "We battled hard. They are a well-organised team. We tried to break them down and we managed to do it a couple of times, especially in the second half.

"We didn't quite get that final ball right but the lads gave a massive effort and we looked pretty solid at the back as well in the second half and didn't give them too much. We're happy with the way we battled and performed but disappointed with the final ball and [not] getting that goal.

"This was our game in hand and it was important not to lose it. We wanted to win it but credit to them, they were quite well organised and on another night, we may have got a couple of goals where the final ball would have been better."

The North London outfit are currently in third place in the table, two points ahead of fourth and fifth-placed Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur.
