Arsene Wenger says that Theo Walcott was "dangerous" in his side's 1-1 draw with Everton on Wednesday.

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has praised forward Theo Walcott after his display against Everton on Wednesday night.

The England international returned from injury to give the Gunners the lead in their 1-1 draw at Goodison Park, before Marouane Fellaini levelled the match for the hosts.

While he admits that Walcott suffered with problems in the second half, Wenger believes that the 23-year-old enjoyed a fine match.

"Theo was fit again and scored a great goal," said Wenger.

"He was not completely himself in the second half as he had a problem with his ankle at half time, but he was very efficient and dangerous."

Arsenal host Swansea City in their next game on Saturday.
