Borussia Dortmund sporting director Michael Zorc has insisted that Jurgen Klopp has the club's full support.
Klopp's side are second from bottom at the winter break after suffering their 10th league loss of the season to Werder Bremen on Saturday afternoon.
However, Zorc claims that Klopp is the right man to lead the team away from the danger zone when they return to action in late January.
"Hans-Joachim Watzke, Jurgen Klopp and myself sat together on Sunday and discussed and analysed our situation," Zorc told Kicker.
"We are convinced that we will manage to get out of this current difficult situation together."
Dortmund have already lost more games this season than in any other campaign during Klopp's spell at the club.
