Cameroon made it two wins from as many games following a comeback 4-1 victory over Ethiopia on Thursday.

Toni Conceicao's men found themselves behind in next to no time thanks to Dawa Hotessa's fourth-minute opener before two goals apiece from Karl Toko Ekambi and Vincent Aboubakar turned the game on its head.

Since a 2-1 defeat to Ivory Coast back in September, the Indomitable Lions have won six matches in a row by a combined score of 15-3.

An opportunity to keep the juggernaut rolling awaits against an opposing side who claimed a 3-1 victory in the most recent meeting between the teams.

Having successfully navigated the group stages already, the Central Africans can afford to approach Monday's contest with a lot of pressure off their backs.

Off the back of an opening-day victory over Ethiopia, Cape Verde were beaten 1-0 by Burkina Faso in their second group fixture on Thursday.

The game was decided in the 39th minute when Hassane Bande opened the scoring to condemn Pedro Brito's men to defeat.

That was a first defeat in six outings for the Blue Sharks since a suffering a 2-1 loss at the hands of Nigeria in the World Cup qualifiers.

Currently sitting third in Group A, the Blue Sharks head into the final matchday with their destiny still in their own hands as they look to progress into the next phase of the tournament.

Team News

Goalkeeper Vozinha returned to the starting XI last time out after sitting out his side's curtain-raiser, and the 35-year-old is expected to retain his place in goal.

There could be a change up front, as Julio Tavares looked to be in some discomfort against Burkina Faso, although he did manage to finish the match.

Cameroon's Vincent Aboubakar followed up his brace on the opening weekend with another double against Ethiopia and currently tops the scoring charts.

Aboubakar's strike partner Toko Ekambi also got in on the act in the aforementioned game, where he notched up his sixth and seventh international strikes.

Cape Verde possible starting lineup:
Vozinha; Stopira, Lopes, S. Fortes; D. Tavares, Santos, Borges, J. Fortes; Rodrigues, J. Tavares, Monteiro

Cameroon possible starting lineup:
Onana; Fai, Onguene, Ngadeu, Tolo; Kunde, Anguissa, Oum Gouet; Ekambi, Aboubakar, Ngamaleu
