Celtic dealt Icelandic opposition

Celtic will play Icelandic club Stjarnan in the second qualifying round of the 2015-16 Champions League.

Celtic have been paired with Stjarnan in the second qualifying round of the Champions League.

The Scottish champions will play host to their Icelandic counterparts at Parkhead on July 14 or 15, before making the trip to Scandinavia a week later.

Last year, Stjarnan, who have former Manchester City goalkeeper Gunnar Nielsen in their squad, beat Motherwell 5-4 on aggregate in the Europa League qualifiers.

As for the other British representatives, Northern Irish club Crusaders will face Levadia Talinn in the first qualifying round, while Welsh side The New Saints will take on B36 Torshavn at the same stage.
