Saturday's Brasileiro predictions including Corinthians vs. Palmeiras

Sports Mole provides score predictions for all of Saturday's Brasileiro fixtures, including Corinthians vs. Palmeiras.

Ceara vs. Chapecoense (Saturday, 9.00pm)

Ceara will welcome Chapecoense on Saturday in the Campeonato Brasileiro and the hosts enter the fixture in 13th place and looking to end a six-game winless run.

Chapecoense are rooted to the bottom of the table after only managing to win one of their 21 league matches, which has left them 13 points adrift of safety.

We say: Ceara 1-1 Chapecoense

Ceara enter the fixture in a poor run of form, but Nunes will know that facing the team bottom of the league presents a wonderful opportunity to pick up three points.

Although Chapecoense have only won one game this season, they have avoided defeat in four of their last six league games and we think facing a side who are out of sorts could result in them getting a point.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 2.5 goals.

Corinthians vs. Palmeiras (Saturday, 11.00pm)

On Saturday, Brazil will witness the next instalment of one of the fiercest rivalries as Corinthians face Palmeiras in the Paulista derby,

Corinthians are unbeaten in their last seven games, while Palmeiras have lost four of their last six matches, but they are still in the title hunt as they sit seven points adrift of Atletico Mineiro in top spot.

We say: Corinthians 1-1 Palmeiras

Most derby games are close, and we expect this one to be no different and although Corinthians are in fine form they know that Palmeiras will cause them problems, so with both teams not wanting to lose to their bitter rivals we think this one will end all square.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 2.5 goals.

Sao Paulo vs. Atletico Mineiro (Sunday, 1.00am)

Campeonato Brasileiro leaders Atletico Mineiro travel to Sao Paulo on Saturday, as they seek to continue their dominance of the Serie A standings.

Coming between their two-legged Copa Libertadores semi-final tie with Palmeiras, the Alvinegro meet Hernan Crespo's side having recently gone 11 games without defeat.

We say: Sao Paulo 1-2 Atletico Mineiro

Even away from home, Atletico Mineiro are in fearsome form and will be hard to stop again on Saturday.

Only the possible resting of some of their star-studded front line could cause the hosts to lose momentum, but they should still have enough in reserve to beat a Sao Paulo side lacking in both confidence and coherence.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 3.5 goals.
