Jerome Boateng: 'Whole stadium will be against Germany'

Germany defender Jerome Boateng believes that the "whole stadium" will be against his team when they play hosts Brazil in the World Cup semi-finals.

Germany defender Jerome Boateng has claimed that the "whole stadium" will be against his side when they face Brazil in the World Cup semi-finals.

Die Mannschaft face the host nation in Belo Horizonte this evening with the winner going through to Sunday's final.

Despite admitting that it will be a tough task for the Germans to progress, Boateng is confident that he and his teammates can get the job done.

"The whole stadium will be against us, which I guess it should be an additional motivation. We will have a huge test in front of us," he told FIFA.com.

"We have to go into the match with full concentration and impose our way of playing. I am highly motivated, I can't wait to play the game."

Germany reached the semi-finals of the tournament by beating France 1-0 last Friday.
