Hull City defender James Chester has insisted that his side have to get over their disappointment of relegation quickly to ensure they bounce back next season.
The Tigers were condemned to the drop to the Championship as they could only manage a goalless draw against Manchester United on the final day of the campaign, while Newcastle United defeated West Ham United at St James' Park.
Chester told the club's official website: "We have to be ready for that. It's going to be a difficult few weeks because of the disappointment but in football you have to move forward and we have to do that if we are to stand a chance of bouncing straight back."
Hull finished in 18th place in the Premier League with 35 points from their 38 matches.
