Leeds United defender Aidy White has ended speculation over his future by signing a three-year deal with the club.
White, 20, had been out of contract this summer, with the youngster's potential availability reportedly interesting a number of Championship clubs.
However, manager Neil Warnock was keen to keep the player and was able to reach an agreement with the Republic of Ireland Under-21 international.
"Aidy is a young player who we have high hopes for and we're delighted he's agreed to a new deal," Warnock told the club's official website.
"He's good going forward and he's good defensively, and he's a big part of our plans here."
White has been at Leeds since 2008, and was named the club's young player of the year in the 2009-10 season.
