Liverpool striker Luis Suarez will reportedly not face any punishment from the Football Association after he admitted to diving.

The Football Association have reportedly decided against taking any action against Liverpool striker Luis Suarez, despite the frontman admitting that he dived during a match against Stoke City.

The Uruguay international recently revealed in an interview that he attempted to gain a penalty for his side by cheating against the Potters earlier in the season.

While it had been suggested that the FA may take the matter into their own hands, it is believed that the English governing body will not punish the striker, according to Sky Sports News.

Meanwhile, Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers has insisted that Suarez's claims were "unacceptable" and that he would be dealt with internally.
