The agent of Lyon striker Bafetimbi Gomis has reportedly indicated that his client is keen on a move to the Premier League.
A number of clubs across Europe are thought to be chasing the France international, who has stated his desire to leave Stade de Gerland when his contract expires at the end of the season.
According to ESPN, his agent has said that the 28-year-old wants to move across the Channel rather than to Italy.
Les Gones president Jean-Michel Aulas recently said that he would like Gomis to sign another contract or leave in January, as losing him on a free at the end of the season would be bad for the club.
Newcastle United and West Ham United are both believed to be interested in the former Saint-Etienne frontman.
