Andre Villas-Boas: 'Not enough drama over Manchester United results'

Tottenham Hotspur boss Andre Villas-Boas believes that there has not been too much "drama" over Manchester United's inconsistent start to the season.

Tottenham Hotspur manager Andre Villas-Boas believes that Manchester United have not had to endure too much "drama" following their inconsistent start to the season.

David Moyes has come under some level of criticism since taking over from Sir Alex Ferguson, who retired from Old Trafford at the end of the last campaign.

The English champions are currently eighth in the Premier League table after taking 14 points from nine games, but Villas-Boas believes that he was under more scrutiny following his sacking from Chelsea.

According to The Telegraph, Villas-Boas was asked in today's press conference if there had been too much "drama" over United's start to the season, to which he responded: "Drama enough? I don't think so.

"For the champions of England to sit in their position I don't think there has been a lot of drama, to be fair. I was involved in another club before and there was much more drama surrounding my results than Man United's results."

Spurs are currently fourth in the standings.
