Former Manchester United player Angel Gomes is reportedly set to remain at Lille until the end of the campaign.
The 24-year-old has been an impressive force for Les Dogues in Ligue 1 so far, attracting attention from the likes of Tottenham Hotspur this term.
Gomes's stellar performances on the domestic scene earned him international recognition during the earlier part of the campaign under Lee Carsley.
Benefiting from his links to the England interim head coach, the midfielder received his maiden call-up for the Three Lions senior side in the Autumn.
Gomes even managed to get onto the pitch for the European powerhouses, providing an assist during the 3-1 victory over Finland in the UEFA Nations League.

Man United, Tottenham target Gomes set for summer switch?
According to The Telegraph, potential suitors have learnt of a major update surrounding the availability of Gomes during the calendar year of 2025.
The report states that the 24-year-old is set to remain at French outfit Lille until the conclusion of the 2024-25 campaign in the spring.
It is understood that the midfielder will then secure a permanent move away from Les Dogues before the start of the next season, with a switch to England likely.
It is believed that both Tottenham and West Ham United are chasing the signature of Gomes, who is targeting a spot in Thomas Tuchel's plans on the international stage.
There is also the potential of a return to the Theatre of Dreams for the diminutive playmaker, who has played on 10 occasions for the Red Devils first team.

Where should Gomes go next?
Spending nearly four years outside of the Premier League bubble, Gomes has developed into a top-rate midfielder as he approaches the prime of his career.
However, it is debatable whether the 24-year-old can establish himself as an England regular without securing a switch back to the Premier League.
Gomes is likely to be in action for Lille as they host tournament minnows Dunkerque in the last 16 of Coupe de France on Tuesday evening.
