Manchester United are reportedly still confident of reaching an agreement with Leicester City for central defender Harry Maguire.
The Red Devils are believed to be the only side in the running to sign the England international following Manchester City's decision to look elsewhere.
Leicester apparently increased their asking price for Maguire to £70m, which City were reluctant to pay.
Sky Sports News reports that United remain keen to sign the 26-year-old, though, and a source close to the negations has described their pursuit as "very much alive".
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side have already signed two British players this summer, with Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Daniel James arriving for a combined £65m.
Southampton midfielder Mario Lemina is another reported target on Solskjaer's radar.
