Middlesbrough draw 1-1 with Peterborough at the Riverside.

Middlesbrough dropped their first points of the month in a 1-1 draw with Peterborough at the Riverside Stadium this afternoon.

It took until five minutes after the restart for Middlesbrough striker Scott McDonald to put the hosts ahead, firing midfielder Robson's ball into the bottom corner of the net to put Boro on top of the Championship.

Peterborough forward George Boyd came closest for the travellers as he broke past the Middlesbrough back line for the first time, forcing keeper Jason Steele into a save.

However, with less than five minutes remaining, the former Stevenage man turned provider and put the ball in for Tom Rowe to find the back of the net.
