Both Millwall and Ipswich Town found it difficult to create goalscoring chances during the opening 45 minutes of their encounter at The Den this afternoon.
It proved to be a half that descended into a midfield battle, with a total of 19 fouls being committed.
The only shot on target came from visiting Ipswich with 37 minutes on the clock. It looked as though Luke Hyam's strike was heading for the back of the net, but David Forde managed to get a hand to the ball to divert the danger.
At the start of this clash just one point separated these two sides in the Championship standings.
