Portsmouth sack manager Richie Barker after three-and-a-half months in charge?

Portsmouth reportedly sack manager Richie Barker after three-and-a-half months in charge of the League Two outfit.

Portsmouth have reportedly called time on manager Richie Barker's career at the club after just three-and-a-half months in charge.

The 38-year-old was appointed as the club's new boss on December 9 last year following the dismissal of Guy Whittingham.

According to Sky Sports News, the Portsmouth hierarchy have taken the decision to part ways with Barker following the club's 3-0 defeat to Rochdale on Tuesday evening.

Barker guided Portsmouth to just four wins from 20 games, which has left the club lingering third from bottom in the league table.
