Brother: Marquinhos's patience at Paris Saint-Germain is "limited"

Paris Saint-Germain defender Marquinhos could leave the club if he does not receive more playing time, according to brother Luan.

Luan - the brother of Paris Saint-Germain defender Marquinhos - has suggested that his sibling must play a more active role in the first team or he will look to leave the club.

Marquinhos has made 75 appearances in Ligue 1 since 2013 but Luan has said that his lack of involvement in "major matches" could lead to the Brazilian seeking a move elsewhere, with Arsenal, Manchester United, Chelsea and Barcelona all said to be interested.

Luan is quoted by L'Equipe as saying: "Marquinhos has always been exemplary with the club, he never complained. Yet he has often been a spectator at major matches."

"Our patience has limits. We love the club, the fans, but they also must show us a minimum of consideration or he will have to leave PSG."

PSG have recently been taken over by former Sevilla boss Unai Emery.
