How Tottenham Hotspur could line up against Bayern Munich

Ahead of Wednesday's Champions League fixture between Bayern Munich and Tottenham Hotspur, Sports Mole looks at how the Premier League side could line up in Germany.

Tottenham Hotspur make the trip to Bayern Munich having already progressed through to the Champions League knockout stages.

Despite failing to win either of their opening two fixtures, three successive victories have secured the runners-up spot in Group B behind Wednesday night's opponents.

With both teams having booked their place in the last 16, Jose Mourinho has already revealed that he will make alterations to his starting lineup.

Here, Sports Mole predicts how the Premier League side may line up for the fixture at the Allianz Arena.

Out: Hugo Lloris (elbow), Ben Davies (ankle)
Doubtful: Erik Lamela (thigh), Michel Vorm (calf), Harry Winks (ankle), Tanguy Ndombele (groin)

With Harry Kane not scheduled to travel to Germany, Troy Parrott is in line to make his first European start for the North London outfit.

Mourinho has also revealed that the likes of Kyle Walker-Peters, Oliver Skipp and Ryan Sessegnon will all feature from the opening whistle.

Juan Foyth is due to come into the side at the same ground that he suffered a significant ankle injury during pre-season, while Danny Rose is expected to get the nod at left-back.

Having only been named as substitutes against Burnley at the weekend, Christian Eriksen and Giovani Lo Celso should take on responsibility in creative roles.

Mourinho may take the opportunity to hand a first-team debut to goalkeeper Alfie Whiteman, providing that Michel Vorm has not recovered from a calf injury.

While Harry Winks, Tanguy Ndombele and Erik Lamela are close to making their returns from injury, Mourinho may opt against taking any risks with the trio.
