Red Bull Salzburg striker Hwang Hee-chan has reportedly emerged as a transfer target for Wolverhampton Wanderers.
While much of the focus has been on teammate Erling Braut Haaland, Hwang has also established himself as a star man at the Austrian outfit, scoring nine goals from 20 outings in all competitions this season.
The 23-year-old is now being linked with a switch to a bigger club, and The Telegraph claims that Wolves are showing an interest in the South Korea international.
Despite the report suggesting that the Premier League outfit could potentially put together a proposal which would see Hwang remain at Salzburg for the rest of the season, it is suggested that Nuno Espirito Santo regards the player as a priority addition.
Hwang allegedly possesses a release clause in his contract, said to be somewhere between £20m and £25m.
With the attacker having contributed three goals and three assists in the Champions League group stages this season, that figure will realistically be met at the beginning of 2020.
