A field goal from Adam Vinatieri is all that separates the Indianapolis Colts and the Baltimore Ravens at the halfway stage in their NFL clash at the Lucas Oil Stadium this evening.
The Colts opened the scoring in the first quarter when Vinatieri made a 48-yard field goal to give his side an early three-point lead following a fumble by Steve Smith.
The Ravens were given a chance to hit back towards the end of the opening quarter when Andrew Luck's pass was intercepted by Haloti Ngata, but they were unable to take advantage as the Colts forced the punt.
Vinatieri added his second kick with just 35 seconds of the first half remaining, doubling his side's advantage in the closing stages.
However, there was still time for the Ravens to reply as Justin Tucker converted a 52-yard kick as time expired to halve the deficit going into the break.
