Massimo Ambrosini is confident that AC Milan will improve their performance and results this season.

AC Milan midfielder Massimo Ambrosini has said that he is confident that his side will improve.

The Rossoneri are currently 11th in Serie A with seven points from as many matches, 12 points off the pace.

"Our value will come out, we are always united and we will prove it," he told Forza Milan. "Right now I do not know our true value in the sense that the team are not expressing their talent to the fullest.

"Do not worry, we are only at the beginning of the season and Milan have historically struggled to start the season well. In other words, we can and must do better.

"Where can we get and what we can do will dictate the rest of the field, but we are Milan and I do not think that the opposition have shown that much class, apart from the two at the top."

Milan are in Rome on Saturday for their clash with Lazio in the league.
