AC Milan have agreed a deal with Genoa to take sole ownership of Italian winger Stephan El Shaarawy, according to the player's agent Roberto La Florio.
Milan secured a 50 percent share in the forward last summer for a figure of £8m, but have now handed over £12m to secure the deal, according to La Florio.
"Stephen will be all Milan's. The clubs are in agreement. All that's missing is the official confirmation, which will arrive before the deadline. Stephan is very happy with this situation," La Florio told TuttoMercatoWeb.com.
El Shaarawy has made 23 appearances for Milan this season.
