Rangers manager Mark Warburton has heaped praise on his players following their punishing 5-1 victory over Alloa in the Scottish Championship.
The away side had to battle off some early competition as Michael Chopra grabbed a surprise equaliser for Alloa in the opening stages, but Warburton's charges responded with a flurry of impressive goals to secure an emphatic win at Recreation Park.
Following the game, the Rangers boss took to Twitter to reveal his admiration for the players' efforts:
All credit to the players for their application and work ethic today. A very pleasing performance all round
