Ajax ended their 2014-15 Champions League campaign in emphatic fashion as they thumped APOEL 4-0 in Wednesday's Group F clash at the Amsterdam ArenA.

The visitors failed to get a single shot on target in the 90 minutes as the hosts ran riot through Lasse Schone's brace and a goal apiece for Davy Klaassen and Arkadiusz Milik.

Frank de Boer's charges go into the Europa League following tonight's win, which sees them finish third in the group, while the Cypriots have to make do with ending their campaign bottom.

Goal

Jasper Cillessen: Did not have a single save to make, but had a nervy moment late on when he was nearly caught out near his goal line. (6/10)

Defence

Niklas Moisander: Rarely troubled, but reliable and didn't let anything get the better of him. (6/10)

Ricardo van Rhijn: Was given licence to go forward given the lack of testing play by the visitors, and contributed well in the opposition's final third. (7/10)

Nick Viergever: Steady at the back, didn't come forward too often but really, he didn't need to. (6/10)

Joel Veltman: Made vital contributions at the back and also excelled going forward, nearly scoring with his head on two occasions. (7/10)

Midfield

Lucas Andersen: Didn't stray forward too often, but was instrumental in pulling the strings around the midfield. (7/10)

Thulani Serero: Was dominant in midfield, allowing his side to reclaim possession on a number of occasions and probing forward to aid in attack too. (7/10)

Davy Klaassen: Had a great display, securing his fourth goal in as many games and providing an assist as well. (8/10)

Lasse Schone: A constant menace and clinical in front of goal, scoring a well-taken penalty and slotting home from a return pass later on. (8/10)

Attack

Arkadiusz Milik: Powerful and constantly coming forward, was rewarded for his hard work with a goal late on. (7/10)

Ricardo Kishna: Absolutely unplayable on the left, showed amazing skill to weave past two defenders on the way to setting up Ajax's third goal and caused havoc with crosses too. (9/10)

Substitutes

Jairo Riedewald: Showed great confidence on the ball and provided support defensively. (7/10)

Anwar El Ghazi: Was a bit lukewarm, failing to create much in attack after coming on. (6/10)

Urko Pardo: Made some good saves early on and nearly stopped Schone's penalty, but was offered too little protection later on. (7/10)

Marios Antoniades: Made a series of strong challenges but was clumsy in giving away a penalty at the end of the first half. (5/10)

Carlao: Struggled to keep up with the rampant hosts and was often caught out. (5/10)

Anastasios Papazoglou: The most confident and effective member of the APOEL defence, he never stopped battling. (6/10)

Mario Sergio: Was given the unenviable task of trying to stop Kishna, and as such was given a torrid time by the lively winger. (5/10)

Midfield

Tiago Gomes: Posed little threat going forward and appeared error-prone at times. (5/10)

Nuno Morais: Did well to stifle Ajax early on, forcing them to push back in possession, but failed to have much of an effect in the second half (6/10)

Georgios Efrem: His pace gave Ajax food for thought on the counter-attack, but couldn't match it up with a finishing touch. (6/10)

Vinicius: Provided decent enough cover for the back four, but didn't give Ajax much trouble pushing forward. (5/10)

Cillian Sheridan: Held the ball well on a number of occasions but failed to make much of an impact in front of goal. (5/10)
