John O'Shea warns Arsenal that Sunderland have what it takes to beat them in the FA Cup.

John O'Shea has warned Arsenal that Sunderland have what it takes to beat them in the FA Cup.

The teams face off in the competition on Saturday after the Gunners defeated the Black Cats 2-1 in the Premier League this weekend.

Sunderland have a week to prepare, but Arsenal travel to AC Milan for a Champions League clash midweek.

"Arsenal will have the Champions League to occupy their minds while we rest up and look forward to an FA Cup clash against a top team," O'Shea said.

"But it's one we'll be looking forward to and knowing we can win it."

Sunderland advanced to the fifth round after defeating Middlesbrough 2-1 in a second-leg fourth-round clash last week.
