Arsenal allegedly win the race to sign Paris Saint-Germain left-back Layvin Kurzawa, who is said to have agreed a five-year contract.

Arsenal are reportedly on the brink of completing a deal for Paris Saint-Germain left-back Layvin Kurzawa.

Despite having Kieran Tierney and Sead Kolasinac at their disposal, the Gunners have been heavily linked with Kurzawa in recent days.

As a result of his deal being due to expire in the summer, the 27-year-old is able to hold negotiations with foreign clubs ahead of penning a pre-contract agreement.

According to France Football, discussions have reached a positive conclusion, putting the defender in a position to move to the Emirates Stadium in the summer.

Kurzawa, who has been at the Parc des Princes since 2015, has made seven starts and five substitute outings in Ligue 1 and the Champions League this season.

Arsenal are said to have edged out Inter Milan in the race for his signature.
