Arsene Wenger thinks that Arsenal are getting "stronger" but there is still "room for improvement".

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is confident that his side can get "stronger and stronger" after a recent string of victories.

The Gunners, who defeated Bolton Wanderers 2-1 in the Carling Cup last night, had a difficult start to the season with Wenger's position as manager being called into question.

Despite a number of disappointing results, the North London club have recorded four straight wins in all competitions.

"I believe that we are in a better shape than one month ago," Wenger told talkSPORT. "We have a good attitude, a good spirit and we want to improve.

"We have talent so I'm confident that we will get stronger and stronger but there is still some room for improvement."

Arsenal currently sit seventh in the Premier League table.
