Arsenal's Arsene Wenger, Aaron Ramsey receive September accolades

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is named the Premier League's manager of the month, while Aaron Ramsey picks up the player of the month award.

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger and midfielder Aaron Ramsey have picked up awards from the Premier League for their efforts in September.

Wenger has been named the league's manager of the month after leading his side from the start of September on three points from two games to the top of the table on 15 points.

The North London outfit won all four of their matches last month, one of which was a 1-0 victory over London rivals Tottenham Hotspur.

Ramsey has been named as the Premier League's player of the month after netting four goals in four games for the Gunners.
