Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger says that his team are not "scared" of going up against Tottenham Hotspur star Gareth Bale on Sunday.

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has insisted that his team will not be "scared" of Tottenham Hotspur star Gareth Bale.

The Gunners go up against their North London rivals with the Wales international in fine form following his 12th goal in 13 games during Spurs' 3-2 win over West Ham United on Monday evening.

"Bale is not the subject of our worry for the next two or three days," Wenger said in the pre-match press conference. "It would be a complete mistake to focus on any player from Tottenham. There is nobody special that you least like to face. All players have different qualities. There is no player you are absolutely scared to face.

"The game on Sunday will have a psychological importance for the rest of the season. We cannot drop points. Every game is a must-win game. We will have the same approach [this weekend]."

The Gunners are currently four points behind their rivals in the Premier League table.
