Arsenal are looking to raise £60m in player sales in the upcoming transfer window, which could result in the departures of up to nine players.

Arsenal are reportedly looking to offload as many as nine players as they try to raise £60m from player sales this summer.

After falling just short of the top four despite thrashing Everton 5-1 on Sunday, the Gunners are already turning their attention to preparations for next season.

With Mikel Arteta said to be prioritising a striker in his transfer business, Arsenal are looking to raise funds for their manager to spend on strengthening the squad.

According to the Daily Mirror, nine players could potentially leave the Emirates Stadium this summer, as the Gunners attempt to raise at least £60m.

Despite returning from their respective loan spells, Hector Bellerin, Ainsley Maitland-Niles, Pablo Mari and Lucas Torreira could all be moved on, while Eddie Nketiah and Alexandre Lacazette may also depart, with their contracts set to expire in June.

Meanwhile, Matteo Guendouzi and Dinos Mavropanos will join Marseille and Stuttgart respectively following the conclusion of their loan deals, while Bernd Leno could be the ninth player to depart after spending the majority of the campaign as back-up to Aaron Ramsdale.
