Valencia reportedly value versatile attacker Rodrigo Moreno in the region of €60m (£52.5m).
The 29-year-old, who has scored five times and provided 11 assists in 28 appearances for Los Che this season, has previously been linked with both Barcelona and Real Madrid.
Arsenal have recently been credited with an interest, though, with the Gunners allegedly approaching Valencia to discuss a potential move during this summer's transfer window.
Rodrigo's current deal at the Mestalla only has two years left to run, but according to AS, the former Spanish champions still value the attacker highly, placing a €60m (£52.5m) figure on his shoulders.
The Spain international has previous experience of Premier League football, having represented Bolton Wanderers on loan during the 2010-11 campaign, making 21 appearances for the club.
Arsenal are seemingly preparing for life after Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang as the Gabon international continues to be linked with a move away from the Emirates Stadium.
