Arsenal are reportedly unlikely to complete any transfer business at the start of 2020.
The Gunners were relatively busy during the summer transfer window - signing five players on permanent deals in addition to bringing Dani Ceballos to the Emirates Stadium on loan from Real Madrid.
Unai Emery's side have recently been linked with a move for Wolverhampton Wanderers defender Willy Boly, while there remains uncertainty surrounding the future of the unsettled Mesut Ozil.
However, according to The Athletic, Arsenal are planning a quiet transfer window as the powers-that-be are comfortable with their business ahead of the start of the 2019-20 campaign.
The Gunners have collected 15 points from their eight Premier League matches this season to sit third in the table - just one point behind second-placed Manchester City but nine off leaders Liverpool.
Next up for the capital outfit is a trip to Chris Wilder's Sheffield United on Monday night.
