Arsenal are reportedly considering making an approach for Sevilla midfielder Ever Banega.
Aaron Ramsey is leaving the Gunners at the end of the season in order to join Juventus, and it has left the North London outfit in need of a replacement.
Unai Emery has been interested in a reunion with Banega in the past, with the pair having worked together at Valencia and Sevilla, but a transfer was not possible in January.
However, according to The Mirror, Emery is ready to make another bid during the summer window with Banega possessing a release clause of £17m.
Banega turns 31 years of age in June, but the Argentine would add more experience in the middle of the park at a time when Arsenal could introduce more younger players to their squad.
