Santos striker Gabriel Barbosa reveals that a decision over his future will be made clear "soon" following weeks of speculation.

Gabriel Barbosa has hinted that he may have played his final game for Santos as speculation over his future continues to intensify.

The 19-year-old has been linked heavily to Premier League rivals Arsenal and Chelsea in recent weeks after impressing in his four outings for the Brazil national team.

Barbosa has largely remained quiet when asked to comment on his future, but has now suggested that he could be on his way to the Premier League following a run of five goals in 10 games this season.

Speaking after the 3-1 win over Ponte Preta on Saturday, the young striker is quoted by The Metro as saying: "I played as if it was my last game here. Soon you will know something."
