Arsenal's new signing Gervinho believes the club will cope if Cesc Fabregas or Samir Nasri are sold this summer.

New signing Gervinho believes that Arsenal will cope should Cesc Fabregas and Samir Nasri be sold this summer.

Barcelona coach Pep Guardiola recently revealed that his club are in discussions with the Gunners about the possibility of Fabregas returning to the Nou Camp, while Manchester City are one of several suitors keen on signing £20m-rated Nasri.

However, the potential loss of the midfield duo does not concern Gervinho, who has insisted that the club will recover.

"It is football, everything moves quickly," the £11m addition from Lille told Radio Monte Carlo Sport.

"If the club does not manage to keep these players, they will be able to replace them.

"Arsenal will always remain a large club. No-one knows what will happen in the future, maybe in a year or two Arsenal will win titles."

Ivory Coast international Gervinho provided the highest number of assists in France's Ligue 1 last season.
