Julian Draxler is reportedly close to penning a new three-year deal with Paris Saint-Germain.
The former Wolfsburg man has struggled to establish himself as a first-team regular at the Parc des Princes - starting just 11 Ligue 1 games this term and claiming seven goal contributions.
Draxler has been tipped to complete a transfer to either Arsenal or Leeds United as he runs down the final few weeks of his PSG contract, but he is supposedly ready to commit his future to the Ligue 1 champions.
According to L'Equipe, Draxler is set to sign a new three-year contract until the summer of 2024 after he and his entourage reluctantly agreed to a salary decrease.
The report adds that Sevilla and Bayern Munich were both monitoring Draxler's situation, but the playmaker will put an end to the transfer saga by signing fresh terms with PSG in the coming weeks.
The 27-year-old has amassed 24 goals and 39 assists from 172 appearances for Les Parisiens since arriving from Wolfsburg in January 2017.
