Mesut Ozil has reportedly turned down an offer of a new contract with Arsenal and outlined his desire to leave the club.
Spanish publication Marca claims that the Gunners' record signing is keen to find a new side this summer as he believes Arsenal are unable to seriously compete in the Champions League.
The 27-year-old, who is thought to be of interest to Barcelona, has been a key part of Arsenal's title push this season with four goals and 16 assists in 23 Premier League appearances.
A source told The Mirror that the Gunners were "bemused" by the reports, adding that there have been "no detailed talks" about extending Ozil's contract, which runs to the end of the 2017-18 season.
