Real Madrid are reportedly not prepared to sell Martin Odegaard during this summer's transfer window.

Real Madrid are reportedly not prepared to discuss a permanent exit for Martin Odegaard this summer.

The 22-year-old joined Arsenal on loan in January and has been in impressive form for the Gunners, scoring twice in 12 appearances in all competitions.

Mikel Arteta's side are allegedly determined to sign the Norway international on a long-term basis during this summer's transfer window.

However, according to Marca, the Spanish champions are 'not even contemplating' selling Odegaard in the upcoming market as he is viewed as a key part of their plans moving forward.

The report also claims that Odegaard is determined to make his mark with Madrid, who signed the attacker from Stromsgodset in 2015.

The Norwegian enjoyed a successful loan spell at Real Sociedad during the 2019-20 campaign before returning to Los Blancos, but he struggled for regular action in the first half of this season, which led to him leaving at the start of the year.
