Sevilla have reportedly rejected a deadline-day bid from Arsenal to sign striker Carlos Bacca.
Bacca has been linked with a £12.5m move to the Gunners, but earlier today Sevilla chief Jose Castro was quick to dismiss rumours of a departure.
Speculation is rife that Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger will not bolster his striking options, but reports from Spain suggest that the Frenchman has been knocked back in his pursuit of the 27-year-old.
The Colombia international has a £27.6m release clause in his contract - which expires in 2018 - but it has previously been reported that Sevilla would accept roughly half of that figure.
