Aston Villa are reportedly worried about losing Andreas Weimann this summer after he rejected a new deal with the Premier League strugglers.
The 10-goal striker has been one of Paul Lambert's youngsters to excel in a Villa side battling to avoid relegation to the Championship this season.
According to The Telegraph, Weimann is happy to stay at the West Midlands outfit but not with the terms on offer during negotiations last month.
The Austrian is currently on a £15,000-a-week contract that expires in 18 months' time.
