Report: Inaki Williams to make Champions League debut

Athletic Bilbao will reportedly hand a Champions League debut to Inaki Williams in Wednesday's clash against BATE Borisov.

Inaki Williams will reportedly make his Champions League debut in Athletic Bilbao's Champions League clash with BATE Borisov on Wednesday.

The 20-year-old was recently called into the first-team squad at Bilbao and made his La Liga debut in Saturday's 1-0 defeat to Cordoba.

According to AS, Williams will remain part of the squad this week after impressing the coaching staff with his performance.

Williams, who has a Liberian mother, was born in Bilbao. His younger brother Nico is also on the books at the Basque club.
