Team News: Atletico Madrid make four changes for Zenit St Petersburg trip

Atletico Madrid make six changes to the team for tonight's Champions League group match against Zenit St Petersburg.

Atletico Madrid manager Diego Simeone has made four changes to his team for this evening's Champions League clash against Zenit St Petersburg in Russia.

Emiliano Insua, Cristian Rodriguez and Adrian have come into the starting XI, while Diego Costa and David Villa are among those who have been rested for the encounter.

Meanwhile,the hosts have recalled Nicolas Lombaerts, Oleg Shatov and Viktor Fayzulin to the side, while Danny and Cristian Ansaldi are absent from the squad.

Former Arsenal player Andrey Arshavin has dropped to the bench, while Hulk has been given the nod in attack.
