Radamel Falcao believes that staying with Atletico Madrid is the "best option" for his career.

Radamel Falcao has claimed that seeing out his contract with Atletico Madrid is the "best option" for his career.

The Colombian striker's goalscoring exploits this season have led him to be linked with a number of clubs across Europe, including Barcelona, Real Madrid and Chelsea.

"I have a contract with Atletico for three more years, therefore, that's the best option," The Metro quotes the 27-year-old as saying.

Falcao has scored 23 goals in 23 games for Atletico during the current campaign.
