Mario Suarez has expressed his belief that Jan Oblak will be key for Atletico Madrid this season.
The capital outfit have relied on the services of goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois for the last three campaigns, but the Belgian has since returned to his parent club Chelsea.
Oblak arrived from Benfica this summer, meanwhile, and Suarez insists that his side feel secure with the new keeper between the sticks.
"Oblak is a great goalkeeper, he conveys a sense of security," Suarez told reporters.
Atletico face Real Madrid in the first leg of the Spanish Super Cup on Tuesday.
