Atletico Madrid have reportedly informed Inter Milan that Mario Suarez is not for sale this summer.
Suarez, 27, re-joined Atletico from Real Mallorca in 2010 and has since been a dependable performer for the Spanish outfit.
However, the midfielder's lack of regular football last season has opened up a host of interest.
According to Sky Sport Italia, Inter representative Piero Ausilio recently travelled to Madrid to discuss the availability of the player, but was informed that the Spaniard was not available for any price.
Suarez, who has had previous loan spells with Real Valladolid and Celta Vigo, has two senior Spanish caps to his name.
