After a goalless first half, Diego Simeone made two changes after seeing Eibar control much of the possession, despite the hosts failing to do anything with it.
However, the Atletico manager made his third substitute Correa on the hour-mark and was instantly repaid for the change, as Torres squared the ball inside to the newcomer, who smartly body-feinted the defender and finished smartly to make it 1-0 and make an instant impact.
The visitors sparked into life after breaking the deadlock, picking up the game's tempo and delivered wave after wave of attacks at the Eibar goal.
The constant attacking pressure paid off, as the goalscorer fed through his fellow substitute Torres on goal, who neatly lifted the ball over the onrushing goalkeeper to double their lead.

Eibar came close to pulling one back, after Juanfran and Jan Oblak got mixed up over collecting the ball, resulting in the right-back racing to his own goal and clearing the ball into the stands to keep the clean sheet.
The victory puts Simeone's side in second, a point off the league leaders Real Madrid, while Eibar drop to sixth.
