Atletico Madrid have reportedly started negotiations to sign former Real Madrid attacker Jose Callejon.
The 28-year-old has spent the previous two seasons in Serie A with Napoli, for whom he has scored 32 goals in 102 appearances.
However, the playmaker is now eager to return to Spain, with the Vicente Calderon his preferred destination, according to Mediaset.
The report adds that Callejon's agent Manuel Garcia Quilon has travelled to Naples to discuss the deal with Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis.
It is believed that De Laurentiis has put a £15m valuation on the two-time Spain international.
