Barcelona boss Luis Enrique wary of APOEL threat

Barcelona boss Luis Enrique praises Cypriot side APOEL ahead of tomorrow's Champions League fixture at the Camp Nou.

Barcelona boss Luis Enrique has insisted that his side will not take APOEL lightly in tomorrow's Champions League fixture at the Camp Nou.

Barca are the overwhelming favourites to start their group campaign with three points, but Enrique has claimed that the Cypriot team will provide a threat.

"We have to do many things better than our opponent, in order to win. They could cause us problems," Inside Spanish Football has quoted Enrique as saying at a press conference.

"They know how to play good football, they want to have control of the ball and we must be alert to everything. We need to demonstrate good possession of the ball and make the most of our opportunities to score goals."

Barcelona, who are four-time winners of the European Cup, were eliminated in the quarter-finals by eventual finalists and La Liga rivals Atletico Madrid last season.
