Neymar: 'El Clasico win was emotional'

Barcelona forward Neymar admits that his first appearance and goal in El Clasico was emotional.

Barcelona forward Neymar admitted that his first appearance and goal in El Clasico was emotional.

Neymar scored the opening goal and set up the second in the 2-1 win over Real Madrid, which took Barca six points clear in La Liga.

"I had seen many Clasicos, so it was great to play one. But it was so hard against a great team. Cristiano [Ronaldo] is a great player, but we have also many good players," the Selecao forward told reporters.

"It was very emotional to score in the game in which all players want to play. I'm so happy about the victory, the team and the goal."

Barcelona travel to Celta Vigo for their next La Liga encounter on Tuesday night.
